At Leela Journals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your journal doesn't inspire you, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your journal in its original protective sleeve and shipping box to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
