How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 10-21 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our journals worldwide. Please note that customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return process.
Are your journals eco-friendly?
Sustainability is core to our mission. Our covers are made from vegan leather and our paper is sourced from FSC-certified forests to ensure environmental responsibility.
Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has moved to our fulfillment center, we are unable to make further changes.
